Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using yourjurnee.com or purchasing any product from Jurnee.

1. Who We Are

Jurnee (yourjurnee.com) is a travel technology brand. We sell digital travel connectivity products including eSIMs, VPN access, and facilitate travel insurance purchases through affiliate partnerships with third-party insurers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing yourjurnee.com or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase any product.

3. Products and Services

3.1 eSIMs. Jurnee sells eSIM data plans sourced from wholesale network providers. We do not operate the underlying networks. Coverage, speed, and availability are dependent on the network operator in each destination country. Coverage information is provided in good faith based on operator data and is not a guarantee of service.

3.2 VPN. Jurnee provides VPN access as a white-label reseller of PureVPN. Use of the VPN service is subject to PureVPN's acceptable use policy in addition to these Terms. Jurnee is not liable for any service interruptions caused by the underlying VPN provider.

3.3 Travel Insurance. Jurnee facilitates travel insurance purchases as an affiliate referral partner of VisitorsCoverage and EKTA. Jurnee is not an insurance broker, agent, or underwriter. The insurance contract is between you and the issuing insurer. Jurnee has no liability for claims, coverage disputes, or policy administration.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from Jurnee. By completing a purchase you confirm that you meet this requirement. You are responsible for ensuring that any device on which you intend to use an eSIM or VPN is compatible before purchasing.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on yourjurnee.com are in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes where required by law. Jurnee reserves the right to change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of your order confirmation is the price you will be charged.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments or other payment processors integrated into the platform. Jurnee does not store your full card details.

6. Digital Delivery

All products are delivered digitally to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address. Jurnee is not liable for non-delivery caused by an incorrect email address provided by the customer.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the Jurnee Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at yourjurnee.com/refund-policy. For EU and UK customers, statutory rights regarding digital goods apply in addition to this policy and are not excluded by it.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Jurnee products for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to bypassing legally mandated network restrictions in jurisdictions where doing so is prohibited. VPN use is subject to the laws of the country you are in at the time of use. Jurnee accepts no liability for your use of VPN services in jurisdictions where such use is restricted or prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jurnee's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim. Jurnee is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or travel disruption caused by connectivity failure.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on yourjurnee.com including text, images, logos, and design elements is the property of Jurnee or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of yourjurnee.com is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at yourjurnee.com/privacy-policy. By using the site you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Jurnee products will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country of residence.

13. Changes to These Terms

Jurnee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
