• You bought the eSIM without checking the compatibility with your device.
• You cancelled your trip or you no longer need the eSIM (without use).
• You have installed the eSIM, however your plans have changed and you have not used the eSIM.
• Our eSIMs generally work fine as we have multiple carrier networks configured, but if you experience connection issues, we can provide you with a full or partial refund.

If you’re using an Apple device, it’s possible to use both your physical SIM card and your eSIM simultaneously.
