Refund policy

eSIM Products

eSIMs are digital goods delivered electronically. Once an eSIM has been installed or activated on a device, it is non-refundable. This is consistent with consumer protection frameworks for digital goods in the UAE, UK, and EU where the consumer has acknowledged delivery of a digital product before the cancellation period begins.

If your eSIM has not been installed or activated, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting enjoy@yourjurnre.com. Refunds for unactivated eSIMs are processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

If your eSIM fails to activate due to a technical fault on our end or a compatibility issue not disclosed at the point of sale, you are entitled to either a replacement eSIM or a full refund regardless of activation status. Contact enjoy@yourjurnre.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Jurnee does not issue refunds for the following:

Your device is not eSIM compatible and this was not verified before purchase. Compatibility information is displayed on every product page. You purchased an eSIM for the wrong destination. You did not use the eSIM during your travel period. Network coverage was unavailable in a specific location within a covered country. Coverage maps are provided by the underlying network operator and are indicative, not guaranteed.

VPN Products

VPN access is a digital subscription service. If you have not activated or used your VPN credentials, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Once credentials have been accessed or the VPN has been activated, the purchase is non-refundable.

If you experience a technical fault with the VPN service, contact enjoy@yourjurnre.com within 7 days of the fault occurring. We will investigate and, where the fault is verified, issue a pro-rata credit or replacement access period.

Travel Insurance

Travel insurance products sold through Jurnee are facilitated via third-party insurance providers including VisitorsCoverage and EKTA. Jurnee acts as an affiliate referral partner and is not the insurer, underwriter, or policy administrator.

Refund eligibility for travel insurance is governed entirely by the terms and conditions of the issuing insurer. Jurnee has no authority to issue or deny insurance refunds. For refund requests related to travel insurance, contact the insurer directly using the details provided in your policy documentation.

Jurnee will assist in directing you to the correct insurer contact where requested.

How to Request a Refund

Email enjoy@yourjurnre.com with your order number, the product purchased, and the reason for your request. We respond to all refund requests within 2 business days.
