Shipping policy

Jurnee sells digital products exclusively. There is no physical shipping involved in any order.

eSIM Delivery

Your eSIM QR code and installation instructions are delivered to the email address provided at checkout within minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your eSIM within 30 minutes, check your spam or junk folder before contacting support.

If your eSIM has not arrived within 2 hours of a confirmed payment, contact enjoy@yourjurne.com with your order number and we will resend or investigate immediately.

VPN Delivery

VPN access credentials are delivered by email within minutes of payment confirmation. Instructions for installation on your device are included in the delivery email and are also available at yourjurnee.com/support.

Travel Insurance

Upon completing your insurance purchase, you will be redirected to the insurer's platform to complete your policy details. Your policy documentation is issued directly by the insurer. Jurnee does not store or distribute insurance policy documents.

No Physical Goods

Jurnee does not sell or ship any physical products. No SIM cards, hardware, or printed materials are dispatched at any point.
